Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: LESS THAN 24hrs notice, Same Day cancellation and No-Show incurs full fee and an invoice for payment will be issued. Test Bookings are required to give 3 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling as full fee will be charged and invoiced for payment.
Gift certificate lessons must be completed prior to expiry date otherwise will be forfeited.
Late Payment: late payment of invoices incur $25 administration fee, plus $10 ongoing monthly admin fee until paid.
Corporate Courses and other: You must provide at least fourteen days notice of cancellation otherwise 50% of fee is charged. Less than 7 days notice will incur full fee being charged.
Cash or Cheque to your Instructor on the day of your booking. Clients who fail to pay for their lesson on the day will incur an extra $5 Invoice Administration Processing Fee.
TT also accepts direct bank transfer/deposit. If you would like to pay for your lesson using paypal, this incurs a $5.00 admin fee.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Private Rehab/disability clients charged $120p/h. All other clients charged at $70p/h
